Model Engagement Agreement

This proposal outlines the terms and conditions for hiring amateur models for advertising content in Bali.

Model Compensation & Payment Terms

Models are paid per project based on the duration and complexity of the shoot.
Standard rates:
- Short photoshoot (1-2 hours): IDR 500,000 - 1,000,000
- Full-day shoot (5-8 hours): IDR 1,500,000 - 3,000,000
Payment is made immediately after the shoot or within 7 working days via bank transfer or cash.
Additional fees may apply for travel, special roles, or exclusivity agreements.

Model Criteria & Selection

Age: 18 - 25 years old
Height:
- Women: 160 - 175 cm
- Men: 170 - 185 cm
Body Type: No strict requirements, but must align with the brand’s image.
Ethnicity & Appearance: Open to all backgrounds and skin tones, prioritizing natural and relatable looks.

Work Agreement & Conduct

Models are engaged per project and are not bound by long-term contracts unless agreed upon.
Each project will include a clear agreement detailing payment, duration, and content usage.
Models must be punctual, professional, and follow project guidelines.
